1. All persons using the pool or pool area do so at their own risk and sole responsibility. Management does not assume responsibility for accident or injury in connection with such use, either to you or your invited guest.
  2. Resident is to always have a Pool Pass when in the pool area. Each resident is limited to two (2) guests daily and only if they are accompanied by an adult who is on the lease. Residents must accompany guests at all times. Management, at its sole discretion may determine the pool to be overcrowded. If this is the case, all guests will be asked to leave the pool. Residents have first priority.
  3. Resident will be responsible for their guests and their behavior. If you or your guests are disrupting the other residents, you will be asked to leave and your pool privileges may be suspended indefinitely. If you refuse to leave when asked, or return without permission, you will be trespassing.
  4. All bathers must shower before entering the pool.
  5. Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult that is on the lease.
  6. No running, pushing, wrestling, ball playing or causing undue disturbance in the pool area.
  7. Do not play with the safety line divider in the pool or the safety rings. The safety ring is only for use when needed in an emergency situation.
  8. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS in the pool area accept those assisting the handicapped.
  9. No wheeled vehicles are allowed in the pool area except those assisting the handicapped.
  10. NO abusive or profane language or loud music will be tolerated.
  11. No food, drink or glass containers on pool deck. No diapers. Babies must wear swimmies / swim pants.
  12. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES allowed in the pool area.
  13. PROPER attire must be worn at all times. No T-Backs or Brazilian cut swimwear. Dressing must be done in the apartment
  14. Grease-less suntan lotion must be used instead of oil type. The oil can clog the filter.
  15. Pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. until Dusk.
  16. Admission shall be refused to anyone with skin abrasions, colds, coughs, inflamed eye infections, or those persons wearing bandages.
  17. All trash must be placed in the containers in the pool area. Also straighten or replace any pool furniture you use. Please help keep your community pool clean.
  18. NO SMOKING ON POOL DECK. Smoking will only be permitted on lower deck. Cigarette butts must be placed in the proper containers.
  19. Persons using this facility do so at his or her own risk and in conformation with all written and posted rules and regulations. Any person, resident or guest, may be barred from the pool and pool area at the sole discretion of management for violations of rules and regulations or for any other action which might constitute a hazard to others or a danger to the property.
  20. Management reserves the right to cancel any pool privilege to anyone without prior notice.
  21. Management has the right to close the pool area anytime they deem necessary.
